Steve Johnson brings more than 40 years of construction experience, including over 25 years dedicated to federal contracting and Department of Defense quality control. Beginning his career hands‑on in the field, he developed a deep understanding of how building systems are constructed, how they perform, and how true quality is achieved—knowledge strengthened by earning his Journeyman Electrical License and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
Steve is known for his methodical, calm leadership, providing clarity on complex federal requirements and ensuring teams remain aligned, accountable, and compliant. He specializes in U.S. Government Quality Control processes, including preconstruction requirements, Quality Control Plans, submittal management, 3‑phase inspections, special third‑party inspections, and coordination with government authorities.
As a CCPIA‑certified commercial property inspector, Steve applies this same federal‑grade discipline, electrical trade expertise, and construction management background to every commercial inspection. His combined experience and adherence to CCPIA’s Commercial Standards of Practice (COMSOP) allow him to deliver structured, comprehensive evaluations of building systems for investors, owners, lenders, and commercial professionals.
