Our background includes commercial and residential construction, certified materials testing, and formal degrees in Construction Management, all of which led to advanced roles in federal construction quality control management.

Collectively, we bring 40 years of experience as certified Quality Control Managers, working directly with major federal agencies including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), General Services Administration, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, National Park Service, Federal Aviation Administration, AAFES, and others. These roles demanded precision, documentation discipline, and deep understanding of building systems.

Our team continues to stay active in the industry. We currently work in federal QC management, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of evolving standards, safety requirements, and construction practices. In addition, some of our inspectors serve as active county building inspectors, bringing code‑level expertise and jurisdictional insight directly into every commercial property inspection.
